Booking
Booking can be done by email or telephone.
New Customers will be asked for a £20 deposit per week. This is non-refundable.
If cats are collected early customer will still be charged full amount due.
Delivery
Cats must be delivered in a strong and safe carrier.
Vaccination certificates must be produced.
Form to be filled in with all customer and cats details.
Special diets, and medication should be brought in with the cat.
Its also preferable to bring bedding, Towels or blankets also to make the cat feel more at home.
Collection
Fees must be paid in full, these can be made by cash, cheque or card.
Any cats not collected by 10am will be charged for that day.
